23 January 1981 Around 0200 Los Acantilados, Argentina 
Farmer observed flames from distance, whistle on takeoff, ovoid hovered, red-orange glow. burnt grass found later, roots burnt 3cm below surface. three circular marks around burn, EM: radio and headlights.
An object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. Traces found. One orange ovoid object was observed in cloudy weather by one experienced male witness on a farm for 66 seconds (Mazzaglia, Dario). A whistling sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
