EM: total elect failure to main witness truck, failure of lights of second truck, 500m behind. First witness found unconscious, for 3hr20m. witness saw two lights. Physiological effects: eyes, nausea, vomiting, headaches, anorexia.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic and physiological effects were noted. One luminous cone-shaped object was observed by three witnesses on a highway for over six minutes (Baravalle, Miguel).
