Changed color from red to white during departure. Barking dogs at beginning.
Close encounter with a an unidentified craft and its occupants. One metallic circular object, about twenty feet away, was observed in clear weather by more than two male witnesses, typical age 72, for ten minutes (Mendonca). No sound was heard.
