Odd sighting of "railroad car" with large (3mx0.7m) windows emitting soft orange light. Physiological effects: numbness, low bp, change in behavior, euphoria several days. Translocation of 81km.
An object was observed. Physiological effects were noted. One rectangular object, about 150 feet across, was observed in clear weather by two male witnesses, typical age 52, on a railroad for two minutes (Brunelli).
