27 March 1970 Around midnight Gabriel Y Galan Dam, Spain 
EM: failure of external lights on side of dam. Domed disc 12-15m in diameter, 2.5-3m high, red halo while in motion. 10-12 yellow-green beams, well defined, as legs, square lit windows in lower part.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One red domed disc, about 40 feet across, was observed by two male witnesses, typical age 40, at a dam for 150 minutes (Nicolas). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
