In September 1980 21:20 Vasterhankmo, Finland 
Wits 1km apart, Hurin on boat, Bergfors ashore. Disc descended near boat 150m away, 3-4m above water, hovered 5min, glowing, vibrating. Changed to zeppelin shaped when ascending to depart. Mild shock.
A hovering flying disc was observed. Multiple independent witnesses. One white shifting-shape object, about 5 feet across, was observed in clear weather by two experienced male witnesses on the ocean for over 15 minutes (Hurin, Ake). No sound was heard.
