Red domed disc flying to the north, size of two bungalows, had 10-12 bright red lights on lower part. Changed direction to approach witnesses, hovered few seconds above bungalows at top of road
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One red domed disc, about 150 feet across, was observed by four witnesses in a residential area for over one minute (Brogan). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
