Air Traffic Controllers incident.
Spherical UFO lined up with cross runway as if landing, brief touchdown followed by vertical climb. All traffic had landed so radar was off. Bright white glow. Climbed at 3000'/min until out of sight. An object was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. One white sphere was observed by three experienced witnesses at an airport. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
