PTA meeting in progress when yellow illuminated rectangle seen on ground. Failure of electrical system at school, based on 12V batteries, sudden blast of hot air.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic and physiological effects were noted. One yellow rectangular object was observed by several female witnesses, typical age 46, at a school for 20 minutes (Camargo; Cardozo De Alvez, Isabel). A engine-like sound was heard.
