White lights when first noticed, then red lights, two rings of red flashing lights. Hovered low, flattening high grass, bent small trees. Minimum dis. 75', 30-50 feet diameter with luminous white panels around.
An object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. Traces found. One gray circular object, about 40 feet across, about fifty feet away, was observed by more than two male witnesses, typical age 18, at a college for over one minute (Sutherland). No sound was heard.
