Red light, round, 20m above ground, flashing. 5 holes, 2cm diameter, 2cm deep, one central, within 50cm circle marked on groun, compact and hard. After touch down, rapidly ascended 2m, then landed again. Color to white to blue.
Ground traces were found. One changing color round object was observed by more than five male witnesses, typical age 11, at an empty lot (Lara). A cracking sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE5: CE4 which results in permanent psychological injuries or death.
