Four discs on edge overtake train with 56 cars through series of complex maneuvers, waited while switching. Minimum distance 200', paced train. Objects out of sight 2x for 1-2min, glowed and dimmed in sequence.
Objects were observed from a car. Four white discs, about 40 feet across, were observed by five experienced male witnesses on a railroad for 70 minutes (Bridge, C; Eckman; Robinson). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
