Spinning disc with black central body, rimmed with lights. Ladderlike attachments were seen descending from the craft.Moved up-down, back-forth. Nearby Scott AFB denied it was theirs.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and aerobatic performance. One black disc was observed by witnesses (as reported to the police) (Weller). Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
