7 August 1982 Around 2200 Carnerillo, Argentina 
Light over fields, 80m away, reappeared in front of truck. Electromagnetic effects: total failure of electrical system. Flattened sphere, door, opening from top, level with road. 2m tall entity approached, unintelligible language.
Close encounter with a an unidentified craft and humanoid occupants. One oval object was observed in rainy weather by two male witnesses, typical age 41, on a road for 70 minutes (Peris, Raul).
