The object moved like a pendulum in mid-air moving upwards, stopping in mid-swing-in front of the clouds.
An object was observed. It moved with a falling-leaf motion. One shifting-shape object was observed in cloudy weather in a residential area for over six minutes. Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
