In March 1981 Around 0400 Memphis, Tennessee, USA 
Executive Secretary incident.
Initially, while driving, saw three shiny objects that disappeared in "puffs of smoke", one reappeared above witness. Ran into inn, left car in parking lot. An object was observed from a car. One multi-colored disc was observed by two female experienced witnesses at a parking lot for five minutes. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
