Teacher incident.
Blue lights around rim, 50 yards distance. Blue light illuminated area bright as day. Calls of power outages, blue flashes to police. Weather cloudy, windy, cold. An object emitting a blue beam was observed. One blue domed disc, about 40 feet across, was observed in cloudy weather by more than three female witnesses at an electric plant for 150 minutes (Maria). A blender-like sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
