Two bright white lights rose from canyon, viewed under binoculars were "rapidly oscillating as if they were rapidly spinning."
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One white light was observed by two witnesses, a married couple, in a canyon. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
