Saucer traveling N-S, wobbled, then accelerated out of sight to S
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One black disc was observed by one witness for 12 seconds. Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
