Girating, shape-changing ufos bouncing in the Bay Area sky with military planes monitoring the situation.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One shifting-shape object was observed for 45 minutes. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
