Silent "flying wing" seen by couple leaving home in Greenbelt, 600-1200 feet altitude, below clouds. Had pure white circular lights on wingtips, small red lights in middle, brightened and dimmed.Seen again.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One V-shaped object, twice the size of the moon, was observed in overcast weather by two witnesses, a married couple, in a residential area for 50 minutes (Stanford, R). A masked sound was heard.
