Police helicopter responds to reports of fires on beach, sees cylindrical UFO pass close to right of copter, videotaped. Possible prank hot air balloon garbage bag with candles. Explanation: Prank.
A cigar-shaped object was observed. One cylinder was observed by one experienced male witness (as reported to the police) on the shore (Tickner, J).
