UFO going west to east, ring of white light, in center was flattened luminous mass, incandescent glow. Had spiral shaped ring around it. Bright center vanished, outer ring faded slowly.
A flying disc was observed. One white ring was observed by a male witness in a city briefly (Wang Jingyu; Wu Guangfu). No sound was heard.
