Two young girls saw "Martian" on roof of high school. Crowd of 50 people formed. At 2130h Shirley Green saw green face with no nose, mouth or hair, man emitted sparks. Grass burned 42' circle, some tracks.
Objects were observed. Traces found. Two changing color ellipticals, about 40 feet across, were observed by several female witnesses at a school for 90 minutes (Green). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE3: Entities have been observed on the UFO. Vallee reliability rating: 342: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
