Mist. In clear moonlit night a mist formed, "white, vertical, oblong blanket, phosporescent but giving off no light." Deposited white snow-like powder on grass, evaporate. Mist was 15' long, 5' high.
An object was observed. Traces found. One white cloud-like object, about 20 feet across, was observed by two witnesses, a married couple, in a camper (James, N).
