9 February 1988 Around 0800 Oswestry Se2M, UK 
45' diameter yellow fog straddled hedgerow, glowed brightly, made rushing noise. Dog runs into it, gone! Tingling, sulphur smell. Dog found unconscious, wet and hot, eyes red, close to death. Died weeks
A witness later died. One yellow cloud-like object, about 40 feet across, was observed in clear weather by two experienced witnesses at a hedgerow for a few minutes. A rushing sound was heard.
