RCAF Warrant Officer WJ Yeo observes strange craft at NORAD/RCAF installation. Large object circles, maneuvers over base.
An object was observed. It moved with a falling-leaf motion. One object was observed by two experienced male military witnesses at an airfield for eight minutes (Yeo). Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
