Oval object rocked side to side as it flew behind cloud.
An object was observed. It moved with a falling-leaf motion. One black football-shaped object was observed in cloudy weather by one witness. Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
