Object shot beams of light on river; shot up side of mountain.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One white beam was observed by two witnesses on a river for over .5 minutes. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
