Red light in sky changed direction twice, stopped. 5-6 other small red lights fell from bottom, one veered suddenly rapidly to the east.
Cigar-shaped objects were observed. More than six red lights were observed in a city for five minutes. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
