Bright light does quick 90 degree turn, while another very bright pulsating light remains stationary, pulsating red, white, and blue light.
Hovering objects were observed. Two multi-colored lights were observed on the shore for five minutes. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
