Lights under cloud cover. Made no sound. Colors red, blue, green. Moved up, down, side-to-side, stopped to hover at times. No fast movement.
Unusual objects were sighted, that had unconventional appearance and aerobatic performance. Several multi-colored lights were observed in cloudy weather in a town for 54 minutes. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
