Carpenter incident.
Circular disc shaped craft with lighted windows, gave off bright flashes of light, landed in park. Several 1' tall beings with long arms, thick torsos, slant eyes, walk around few minutes. Titanium pellets. An object was observed. Metallic traces found. One object was observed by one witness at a park for a few minutes. A 1-foot-tall dwarf was seen.
