Blinding light approaches truck from behind, vast cylindrical craft with intense fluorescent light, giving off red sparks. Driver made several attempts to evade, paced for 15km until reach town.
An object was observed from a car. One luminous cigar-shaped object was observed by two witnesses, a married couple, on a highway for over 15 minutes (Sommer, R). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
