Luminous blue-white ball of light came briefly over right side of car's hood. Estimated 1' diameter, three feet away. No sound. Electromagnetic effects: heater quit, FM radio quit, headlights dimmed, seat belt buzzer came on.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One blue-white ball was observed by two witnesses, a married couple, on a highway for 12 seconds (Lowrey).
