Light in eastern sky, drifted very slowly to the east 5-10 minutes, when over Com Ed plant shot off to SSE, back again in less than one second.
A hovering object was observed. One white light was observed by two experienced male witnesses (as reported to the police) at an electric plant for over ten minutes (Sicinski). Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
