Near collision with blue-green body with horizontal row of 5-6 steady white lights, presumed by flight crews to be windows. Distance under 1 mile, estimated size 50 feet UFO changed course when plane flashed lights.
An object was observed. It buzzed a witness. Multiple independent witnesses. One blue-green cigar-shaped object, about 80 feet across, around one mile away, was observed by ten witnesses, typical age 53, on the ocean for 12 seconds (Garber). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
