22 September 1974 Before 0400 Baraboo, Wisconsin, USA 
Six state troopers and one game warden saw large object in sky with red, green and blue flashing lights. Stationary, then moved away slowly. Seen from multiple locations, appeared to be over Baraboo. No aircraft
Hovering objects were observed. More than one multi-colored object was observed by seven male witnesses (as reported to the police) (Noil).
