Electromagnetic effect: 30m long cigar passes over at 50m altitude, . 6 cigars exit object.
Objects were observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Seven multi-colored cigar-shaped objects, about 150 feet across, were observed in a residential area for five minutes (Collus).
