Two cylinders at low altitude: one horizontal, one vertical. one tilts and shoots straight up.
Hovering cigar-shaped objects were observed. They departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. Two cylinders were observed by several witnesses on a river for over three minutes (Skingley). Hynek rating: NO: Nocturnal Objects Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
