June incident.
Huge cigar with blunt end like face on house near Shell Oil Refinery. to the north A hovering object was observed. Physiological effects were noted. Animal reactions to the object were reported. One cigar-shaped object, about 1500 feet across, was observed by four female witnesses, typical age 32, at a refinery for over four minutes.
