Patrolman incident.
Low flying luminous orange object, caused chronic radio static on patrolcar 2-way radio. Radio interference also at Stafford Police HQ. A hovering object was observed. Electromagnetic and physiological effects were noted. Multiple independent witnesses. One orange object was observed by two experienced male witnesses (as reported to the police) on a highway for 12 seconds (Exton). Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
