Dark shadow hanging over road, car began to slow down, stop and start intermittently. Dumbbell hovers 100-150 feet above, rotating, swishing or humming noise, flipped over, rose up into sky.
A hovering flying disc was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One gray dumbbell-shaped object, about 20 feet across, was observed in clear weather by three witnesses, two of them an experienced observors, in a residential area for eight minutes (Fry). A humming sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
