23 March 1987 Evening Concord, North Carolina, USA 
Domed disc landed in backyard. Orange light from dome cause shooting pain in eyes, lit area. Lower part blue silver, had ramp. Ground marks found next day, metal post magnetized.
An object was observed. Physiological effects were noted. Angel hair was found. Ground traces were found. One silver domed disc, about 40 feet across, about fifty feet away, was observed by one female witness, an experienced observor, in a residential area. A crashing sound was heard.
