Big "star" hovered, maneuvered all over the sky. Absolutely silent. Other objects orbited.
Cigar-shaped objects were observed. Three white lights were observed in a residential area for ten minutes. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
