Nautical UFO: 25m diameter saucer ascends from Mzha River. 21m hole in ice. Disc in ice ascends and fills hole. Traces.
An object was observed. Metallic traces found. One disc, about 80 feet across, was observed on a river for 30 minutes. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
