Giant cigar flew silently over city into clouds over water, taillights stayed visible for awhile.
A cigar-shaped object was observed. One cigar-shaped object, of huge size, was observed in cloudy weather by several witnesses in a city. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: DO: Daylight Objects Vallee rating: FB1: A simple sighting of a UFO traveling in a straight line across the sky. Vallee reliability rating: 113: Report attributed to a known source of unknown or uncalibrated reliability; site visit by a casual person not familiar with the phenomena; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
