Disc has halo around edge. Hovers at 3000 feet altitude for four minutes, then moving rapidly to the up and sideways, stops for 5 more minutes.
A flying disc was observed. One Saturn-shaped object was observed in a city for ten minutes. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
