In May 1972 : Volgograd W12M, Russia 
Electromagnetic effect: group traveling 12 miles west of Volgograd when car engine stalled. Saw huge metallic object, heard telepathic voice "we come in peace, do not fear us." Object then sped away.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Telepathic phenomena were said to have occurred. One metallic object, of huge size, was observed by a group of witnesses on a farm for over three minutes.
