Electromagnetic effect: 6 cars in vicinity of two silver discs over road stall. Takes two minutes before they can be restarted.
Flying discs were observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Two silver discs were observed by several male experienced witnesses on a railroad for ten minutes (Kupriyanov). Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness. Vallee reliability rating: 444: Firsthand personal interview with the witness by a source of proven reliability; site visit by a skilled analyst; no natural explanation possible, given the evidence.
